REGISTRATION INFORMATION UPDATES

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR AN "A" REPRESENTATIVE TEAM
The number of rep teams in each division will be determined based on a number of different factors. The intent is to provide opportunity for players to play at the highest level they can attain and desire. If you do not register and pay the appropriate fees for the Rep Tryout process, you will be unable to be considered for any rep team at a later date.
There will be a detailed page posted for Rep Evaluations posted as soon as we are able to provide the information.
TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR ZONE, ACADEMY OR JUNIOR TEAMS
You must advise your Division Director by email with a cc to the Registrar of tryout for any Zone, Academy or Junior Camps with approximate dates of same. If you are missing any of the rep tryouts, you must:
a) have received permission in writing from your Division Director for any missed dates and
b) be properly registered and paid in full for tryouts.
PLAYERS TRYING OUT FOR HIGHER LEVEL TEAMS ARE NOT GUARANTEED PLACEMENT ON ANY TEAM.
Any registered player that obtains a release by September 30th to play for Major Midget or for a Junior team shall receive a 100% refund of the basic registration fees however Rep Tryout Fees are non refundable. If Rep Tryout fees are outstanding, the player is considered released regardless of whether or not they have been named to another team.
Payments may only be made by etransfer or credit card via the registration link. Credit card payments will be charged an adminstration fee by Teamsnap. There is no charge for e-transfer payments.
All player registrations require a $100 deposit, without exception. All tryout fees must be paid in full.
Families may choose to pay in installments by credit card only at the time of registration. After the initial $100 deposit per athlete is made, remaining installments will be distributed over three monthly payments from July until September. This option is only available by credit card via the online registration system.
