Cancellation and Refunds

Please ensure you read the cancellation and refund policy carefully.  

The regular refund (applies to season registration fees only) amounts are as follows:

  • June 11th – September 15th  100%  less a $50 administration fee
  • September 16th – October 15th 75%
  • October 16th - November 15th 50%
  • November 16th - to end of season - no refund
  • As noted on the Fees and Payments tab, Rep Tryout Fees are all non-refundable

CMHA membership is rescinded upon refund of registration fees and/or by withdrawal after November 15.

Subject to Executive decision, prolonged, unexcused absence from team events may be defined as withdrawal from CMHA.

Medical withdrawals/refunds will be determined by application to the Executive.

There will be no refund payments issued prior to October 15.
