Clinics & Reimbursements

COACH CLINIC REIMBURSEMENT 

(NOT PAID BY TEAM FEES)

Please ensure you communicate directly with the Coach Coordinator, Ryan Newman, for Coach Clinic reimbursements.   Please note that only rostered coaches are eligible for reimbursements.  

All Coach Clinic reimbursements will be processed after March 31 and a cheque will be mailed

HU - Online Checking - send your cheque requisition and receipt to the Coach Coordinator for his review and approval.  He will send it on to admin for reimbursements.

Coach 1 - send your cheque requisition and receipt to the Coach Coordinator for his review and approval.  He will send it on to admin for reimbursements. 

Coach 2 - send your cheque requisition and post task assignment to Coach Coordinator for his review and approval.  He will submit your post task approval and cheque requisition to admin for reimbursements. 

Dev 1 -  send your cheque requisition and receipt to the Coach Coordinator for his review and approval.  He will send it on to admin for reimbursements. 

 

If any coaches have been paid for their Coaches clinics by team fees they need to repay their team asap. The team will not be reimbursed for these.  

The only courses paid by the team fees are RIS Coach/Leader and
HU-Safety (HCSP course)

Before any coach, on ice helper, manager, etc. are on the ice, they must have RIS, CRC and CATT, or they are not insured.

RESPECT IN SPORT AND OTHER CLINICS

Required clinics are reimbursed for all volunteer coaches.

Reimbursement is provided from the team.

NEW FORM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR 2024-25

*Coaches must be rostered to a team in order to qualify for certification and reimbursements for the clinic will be provided upon submission of post-task assignment. Each team will be provided a maximum reimbursement for 1 Head Coach & 2 Assistants*
