Required clinics are reimbursed for all volunteer coaches. Reimbursement is provided from the team.

CLINIC REIMBURSEMENT
Please ensure you communicate directly with the Coach Coordinator (coach@coqmha.org), for Coach Clinic reimbursements (Not paid by team fees). *Coaches must be rostered to a team in order to qualify for clinic certification and reimbursements. Each U9-U21 team will be provided a maximum reimbursement for 1 Head Coach & 2 Assistants. Each U7 team will be provided a maximum reimbursement for 1 Head Coach & 3 Assistants.
Coaching clinic reimbursements will be paid directly to the coach at the end of the season (after March 31), via e-payment, provided the request has been approved by the Coach Coordinator.
-Coaches must submit a Jotform: https://form.jotform.com/241846773314057
-Coaches must have completed the E-payment Set-Up Form (The Coach Coordinator will provide this to you)
-If a coach took The Shift Forward (Replaces Respect in Sport) in the current season, they must submit that within their coach certification Jotform.
Deadline to submit the reimbursement request is March 20th - NO EXCEPTIONS. Late submissions will not be processed!
REMIBURSEMENTS FOR CERTIFICATIONS/BCH ASSESSMENT FEE POLICY
1. Team Officials Certifications:
The following individuals will be eligible to be reimbursed for their The Shift Forward (Replaces RISAL) course, HCSP course, and coaching certifications when necessary for new officials or renewals:
The Shift Forward: Max of 5 (five) Team Officials per team - 1 head coach, 2 assistant coaches, 1 manager, 1 HCSP will be reimbursed for U9-U21 and an additional assistant coach for U7.
HCSP: Max of 1 HCSP per team will be reimbursed
All coach certs will be reimbursed for 1 head coach and 2 assistant coaches per team for U9-U21 and 1 head coach and 3 assistant coaches for U7.
2. BCH Participant Assessment Fees:
A max of 5 rostered officials per team will be covered by CMHA (1 head coach, 2 assistant coaches, 1 manager, 1 HCSP).
Any additional assistant coaches/HCSP’s will be charged $65 per person above the 5 listed above, unless they are already a team official as defined above in 1.a on another team.

JR COACHES:
Will be eligible for reimbursement for their The Shift Forward (Replaces RISAL) if they complete The Shift Forward (Replaces RISAL) during their volunteering phase.
For coaching certs, if they complete them during their volunteer phase and have received approval from CMHA PRIOR to taking the course.
If The Shift Forward (Replaces RISAL) and CATT are not taken during their volunteering phase, they will not be reimbursed once being compensated.
OIH AND FIRST AID ATTENDANTS:
CMHA does not reimburse OIH’s or FAA’s for any certifications. These individuals may ask the team to cover these costs.
BCH Participant Assessment Fees for any number of OIH’s will be charged to the team at $65 per person, unless they are already a team official as defined above in 1.a on another team.
