Fees and Payments

REGISTRATION FEES & PAYMENTS

PLEASE NOTE DIVISION NAMES 

The payment process is the same as last season.  All registrations will require a $100 deposit AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.  This is so we can confirm space appropriately.    CMHA has set up a payment plan that is accessible to participants who pay by credit card only at the time of registration  (if registered by July 31) allowing the hockey registration fee to be spread out over 4 payments, $100 deposit then three equal payments of the remaining balance on July 15, August 15, and September 15.

If you are applying for financial assistanceplease register your child as usual and select 'Other' in order to complete your registration.  Contact the Registrar to confirm that you have Funding application(s) in process.  Funding applications must be submitted WITHIN 14 DAYS to confirm registration.

All payments outstanding as of July 31st will be increased by $50, all payments outstanding as of August 31st will be increased by an additional $50 fee unless you are using the payment plan or have applied for Funding Assistance.  Fees paid on evaluation day will be assessed an additional $50.

There will be no players permitted on the ice until all fees are paid in full or alternate arrangements have been made with the Registrar for financial assistance.  There will be NO exceptions.

Note that your registration is not confirmed until payment is received or payment plan is in place.

Included in each registration fee:

  1. Basic registration fees which cover the season including game jerseys, socks and ice for regularly scheduled games and practices;
  2. A $10 assessment as a contribution to CMHA Foundation Fund which assists with registration fee payments for families in need;
  3. Team Fee prepayment - U7 to U9 is $50 pp, U 11 to U21 is $100pp.  Note that each team will set up their own budget for referees, extra ice, tournaments and this prepayment is only start up fund.  Additional Team fees will be required in season.
  4. Development as outlined preseason including:
  • Skating for U8,  U9,  and U11;
  • Goalie Clinic - U8, U9 , U11 and U13;
  • Coach Mentoring .

Note 1 - All U18 players trying out for Zone or Junior camps must pay the $115 A1 tryout fee .  Try-out fee is non-refundable except in special medical circumstances.  Tryout fee MUST be paid in order to be considered for a Rep Team. 

Note 2 - U 21 - A level only league registration fees will not be due until the evaluations are completed and teams are assigned however the deposit is still required.

Note 3 – Fees have been reduced by half for Fulltime goaltenders, U11 A and above who do not make use of any CMHA Goalie Gear. If you are a U11 part time goalie, please register as U11 Goaltender but you are not eligible for a Goalie Rebate.

Note 4 – Rep Evaluations will begin with the A1 camp for U13A1-U18A1 on August 26.  The Evaluation process for all other U13A-U18A will begin August 29.  The Evaluation process for U11A will begin after Labor Day.  If there are any changes made to the process they will be posted prior to the tryouts.  All players who wish to be considered for the Rep teams MUST sign up for this phase at time of registration.  There absolutely will be NO opportunity to play on the A teams (other than as an affiliate) if the player has not registered and paid for this.  ****Rep Fees are ALL NON-REFUNDABLE

Late Payment Increases

All payments not received by August 31 will be increased by and additional $50.00

All payments still outstanding at 1st ice time will be assessed an additional $25.00 fee and the player will not be permitted on the ice until fees are paid in full or payment arrangements have been made through the Register.

Any payments not made in full by 1st ice time may void your registration.
