To participate as a player in CMHA, you are REQUIRED to provide the following deposits. 

Jersey deposits

• 1 cheque x $200 for white jersey
• 1 cheque x $200 for black jersey
• Made out to CMHA
• Post-dated April 15 of the following year (for example - if the season starts in 2025, the cheque should have 2026 as the year)
• Do NOT submit one cheque for $400!

Volunteering Deposit

• 1 cheque x $300
• Made out to CMHA
• Post-dated April 15 of the following year (for example - if the season starts in 2025, the cheque should have 2026 as the year)
• Memo: Name of eldest child
• ONLY ONE PER FAMILY SUBMITTED TO ELDEST CHILD'S TEAM

REQUIREMENTS

1. MUST USE CHEQUES
2. Bank drafts and cash are NOT accepted!
3. Must be post-dated as per above
4. Must be signed
5. Must not have any other text written on them, ie. "DO NOT CASH"
6. Coaches, other team officials, or Board Members will NOT submit deposits on behalf of an unrelated player.

NON-COMPLIANCE

• If a family does not comply with these requirements, the items will be returned for correction.
• If a family does not submit any jersey deposits, the player will not be permitted to use the jerseys.
• If a family does not submit a volunteer deposit, an HCR block will be placed on their profile which will prevent registration.

Any of these situations could delay your team receiving their CMHA Deposits, and could prevent your team from having tournament permissions issued.
