Spring Break Camps

 

U9/U11/U13 Camps

March 16-20, Monday-Friday

Location: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Poirier, Arena 1 and Wednesday - Poirier, Arena 2

Instructors: TBA

U9 (Birth years: 2018-2019) - 4:00pm-5:00pm

U11 (Birth years: 2016-2017) - 5:15pm-6:15pm

U13 (Birth years: 2014-2015) - 6:30pm-7:30pm

Camp Description:

We’re excited to offer our CMHA Spring Break Camps, featuring FUN advanced training sessions designed to take your hockey skills to the next level. These specialized sessions focus on skating,
agility, Shooting and puck handling skills along with battle and compete drills.

Each session begins with a quick group warm-up, followed by players splitting into two smaller groups for focused, individual skill development with rotating instruction halfway through.

What you can expect from our Advanced Agility & Puck Skills Sessions:

- Multi-Directional Skating: Develop quick, fluid movement in all directions to outmaneuver opponents with confidence.

- Edge Control: Improve balance, control, and agility for stronger, more efficient skating.

- Puck Handling: Targeted drills to enhance stickhandling skills and boost confidence with
the puck.

In addition to skating, sessions will also focus on:

- Shooting Techniques: Improve shot selection and scoring ability through focused, game-relevant drills.

- Passing & Puck Reception: Sharpen passing accuracy and receive the puck cleanly to elevate your overall playmaking.

Our experienced coaching staff is committed to helping players reach their goals through personalized feedback and targeted instruction. Whether you’re refining specific skills or looking to raise your overall game, this camp is designed to deliver results.

Cost: $200/player & $60/goalie

U15 Rep Camp

U15A (Birth years: 2012-2013) - 7:45PM – 8:45PM

Camp Description:

This High-Performance Skills Development program is designed for dedicated athletes aiming to compete at the U15 Rep level next season.

The program places a strong focus on battle and compete, mastering angling techniques, developing proper body-contact skills, safely giving and receiving hits, and strengthening puck protection abilities. These core elements build confidence in physical play and prepare athletes for the speed and intensity of higher levels.

Through targeted, in-season training, players will work on game-specific scenarios that translate directly to real competition.

Ideal for athletes transitioning into U15 spring hockey and preparing for the upcoming season, this program provides a valuable opportunity to refine skills, elevate performance, and step confidently into the next level of play.

Cost: $200/player & FREE/goalie
