Payments accepted are VISA or Mastercard ONLY via our Tournament Store.  

We do NOT accept:

• E-transfers
• Cheques
• Cash

Fees charged in the Tournament Store include Stripe processing fee.

Payment in FULL is required upon receipt of Acceptance Letter and no later than 30 days prior to tournament start date.  Teams who have not paid within these timeframes may be removed from the Tournament.

LINK WILL BE PROVIDED UPON ACCEPTANCE! Please do not send payment unless you have been formally accepted - processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event you pay but are not accepted.

Within 30 days of the start date, the following documents must be submitted:

TEAMS WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEIR DOCUMENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SCHEDULE.

All teams are required to submit the following documents/information:

1. Official HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) Roster.  You will request this from your association's Registrar.  DO NOT upload Teamsnap, Excel, etc rosters.  They will NOT be accepted.  All Affiliates MUST be carded to the team and listed on the HCR Roster.  Teams who use ineligible players will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and a refund will not be offered.
2. Tournament Permission Number Certificate.  You will request this from your District Branch League Manager.

Team placement in the schedule will not be confirmed until full payment is made. Once payment is received, a confirmation email with a receipt will be sent to you. 

With the amount of emails we receive, please be patient with response time. If sending an inquiry, be sure to include team name and tournament in email. 

Note that BC Hockey requires a form to be filled out and approved by your association President, PCAHA, and to members of BC Hockey in order to use affiliates in a ‘C’ tournament.  Teams MUST provide this completed form to the Tournament Director prior to the first game played. Breach of this rule by permitting ineligible players to compete in a match will result in forfeit in that game. Further breaches may result in disqualification for the tournament. Teams canceling after they have been accepted could be subject to the following: 

1. $500.00 CAD non-refundable admission fee;
2. No refunds 30 days prior unless a replacement team can be found; 
3. In the case extraneous circumstances (such as COVID-19), a full refund will be issued
4. Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded as we are charged regardless (unless CMHA initiates the refund due to tournament cancellation, in which case processing fees will be returned as well).

The Tournament Director reserves the right to move teams up or down a tier to ensure fair play and accurate placement.

Travelling teams from outside the Lower Mainland must book their accommodations at one of our two hotel partner properties (Executive Hotel Coquitlam or Burnaby).

• Teams who opt not to stay at one of our two partner hotels will be charged an additional fee of $250 per night, per team.
• Booking confirmation for the Head Coach and one other rostered team official will be required.
