Within 30 days of the start date, the following documents must be submitted:
TEAMS WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEIR DOCUMENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SCHEDULE.
All teams are required to submit the following documents/information:
- Official HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) Roster. You will request this from your association's Registrar. DO NOT upload Teamsnap, Excel, etc rosters. They will NOT be accepted. All Affiliates MUST be carded to the team and listed on the HCR Roster. Teams who use ineligible players will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and a refund will not be offered.
- Tournament Permission Number Certificate. You will request this from your District Branch League Manager.
- Team Photo
- Association Logo
- Sizing for swag
