1. official roster

This is your Hockey Canada (or equivalent) Roster.  This must include any affiliate players.

All players and officials MUST be marked as "approved" in order to be eligible.

 

2. Tournament Permission Number

Each team is required to submit permission from their league to participate.  This may be in the form of a number issued to and by your league manager, or an Inter-district Travel Form.

 

3. TEAM PHOTO

Team photos will be requested by the individual tournament.  Please only send these if you're directed to do so.

 

4. swag sizing

Each tournament will decide upon their swag for the tournament.  If sizing is needed, they will request it.
