Welcome to the U11A Division page!

My name is Mike Botic, currently the 3rd Vice President at CMHA and the U11 Rep coordinator. This is my first year on the board and in this position, so I appreciate your patience as I get up to speed.  I’m really looking forward to the upcoming season.

We’re finalizing the evaluation schedule and coordinating ice times, and this information should be out shortly. These will be updated on the website, so please check back frequently in the upcoming weeks, but I will also be sending out communications through email. Thanks for your patience as we sort out the details—soon, we’ll all be able to plan for the season ahead. Please refer to the Important Dates section for an overview of this season—all dates are subject to change.

My primary focus is on athlete-centered initiatives that support long-term player development. I’m passionate about creating programs that not only boost on-ice skills but also encourage personal growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. By nurturing these qualities, we aim to help our players become well-rounded individuals who carry these values into every part of their lives.

I’m committed to keeping communication open between parents and the board, so don’t hesitate to email me or catch me at the rink with any questions or comments. Together, we can make this season a great experience for everyone involved.
